Practising lawyer since 1984, he specialises in foreign investments in Spain, land use management, urban planning and real estate projects, as well as the renewable energy sector.
Founding Partner in 2007.
He is responsible for the Real Estate & Urban Planning practice areas, carries out the duties as receiver in bankruptcy for years and collaborates actively with his partners in the rest of practice areas, especially in Commercial and Corporate (acquisition of companies, contracting, consultancy services to management bodies, etc…).
Academic work.
He has delivered and prepared presentations for different legal forums.
Throughout his professional career he has intervened as a speaker at a number of forums and congresses on different urban and real estate subjects in Marbella and London over the last years, including the International Bar Association Congress, held in March 2005.
