We have large professional experience in this area, which enables us to deliver the best possible solutions to private international law matters (connection point and regulatory cross-reference, among others), as that is the case of either individuals without Spanish nationality, or Spanish assets located overseas.
We also advise possible heirs or beneficiaries on the protection of their rights throughout the different stages of the inheritance procedure: acceptance or renounce of inheritance, preparation of inventory of assets and obligations and distribution of the estate.
