Practicing lawyer since 1989, he specialises in complex civil and criminal proceedings, particularly those with international impact, as well as acquisition and sale of companies and Insolvency Law.

Founding Partner of the firm in 2007.

He heads the Procedural and Insolvency practice, carries out the duties as receiver in bankruptcy for years and collaborates actively with his partners in the rest of areas, especially in Commercial and Corporate Law (challenge of corporate agreements, restructuring, offenses against the company and economic frauds).

Academic work.

Lecturer on the Master’s degree course on Tax Law at the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales (Escuela de Hacienda Pública. Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance); University of Seville, from the academic year 1999/2000 until the last edition (IX).

He has delivered and prepared presentations for different legal forums, including:
